License provided by the Wyoming Governor’s Big Game License Coalition. The recipients of these licenses must designate the specific hunt area in which they want the license issued. The recipients of these licenses must pay the full price for the license.
The recipient of the Governor’s license authorization may only transfer the license authorization to another person if no additional consideration above the bid or raffle price is paid by the transferee. The recipient of the license authorization may donate the license authorization back to the nonprofit
charitable organization that originally bid the license authorization to be rebid to a new highest bidder. Once the actual license is issued, it cannot be cancelled or transferred.
All big game licenses authorized under this section are valid for a specific region or hunt area as designated by the applicant at the time of application for license issuance. The specific region, or hunt area, or type shall not be changed following the issuance of the license by the Department.

All sales are final. Items purchased in the auction must be paid in full at time of winning bid. All credit card purchases for state issued permits will require a 3% credit card processing fee added to the bid price. All other items, excluding state issued permits, will not be charged a credit card processing fee. If, for any reason, the credit card is declined at time of purchase, the item will be resold and any applicable fees will be charged to your card or invoiced accordingly.
