This tag represents California's premier elk hunting opportunity. All proceeds from the sale of the tag will benefit big game management in California. This tag is subject to all existing conditions required for the take of elk in California, including the required California hunting license and hunter education certificate. Offered by the Mule Deer Foundation. MDF is a 501(c)3 tax exempt charitable organization.
