This permit allows the hunter to hunt all public land within the unit and private property that is a part of the Pahvant Landowner Association.
The hunter will be required to sign a Liability Release Form provided by the PLA. Outfitters and guides will be required to sign the same release, as well as produce a certificate of insurance listing the PL as additionally insured. It is the responsibility of the buyer/hunter to contact the Pahvant Landowner association to verify all requirements to hunt private property. Hunter is responsible for the cost of the state fee. Hunter is responsible for any additional costs of the appropriate resident or non-resident license fees.
Buyer may select to hunt only ONE of the following seasons:
Archery: Aug 15 - Sept 15, 2026 OR
Any Legal Weapon (rifle) (early): Sept 16 - Sept 20, 2026 OR
Muzzleloader: Sept 21 - Oct 2, 2026 OR
Any Legal Weapon (rifle) (mid): Oct 3 - Oct 15, 2026 OR
Any Legal Weapon (rifle) (late): Nov 7 - Nov 15, 2026

Actual shipping rates will be charged to the card at time of shipping and will vary by item according to the weight, dimensions, and country to which the item is being shipped.
Payment Details:
Items purchased at auction for less than $10,000 will be automatically charged to the credit card on file. Successful bidders for items above $10,000 will be given 24 hours to notify auctioneer of request for different form of payment, otherwise card on file will be processed.

Payment Terms
• Items purchased at auction for less than $10,000 will be automatically charged to the credit card on file.
• If a credit card charge is declined for any reason, the item may be forfeited or resold at the seller’s discretion. Any applicable fees may be charged to the card on file or invoiced to the purchaser.
• Purchasers paying by check must remit full payment within ten (10) days following the close of the auction.

Firearms Sales
• All firearms purchases must be shipped to an Authorized Federal Firearms Licensee (FFL) in accordance with federal, state, and local laws.
